| My BCAA is a BCAA powder formula manufactured by the French brand MyMuscle. We find a combination of branched amino acids and minerals which will act synergistically. Quality and patented raw materials have been added such as BioPerine® and Tasteva® stevia. BCAAs are so-called essential amino acids, composed of leucine, isoleucine and valine, which cannot be synthesized by the body and which must be supplied through diet and supplementation. BioPerine® is a patented black pepper extract standardized to at least 95% piperine.
Features of My BCAA from MyMuscle
Each 13g portion of My BCAA provides you with 5g of BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio, 2g of glutamine, 1.32g of citrulline and 5mg of BioPerine®. Potassium, phosphorus and magnesium are minerals that could contribute to many interesting functions for athletes such as good muscle function, normal energy metabolism but also to the reduction of fatigue. We also find patented Tasteva® stevia, a natural sweetener much purer and more qualitative than classic stevia.
How to use My BCAA?
It is recommended to mix 1+1/4 measuring spoon (13g) in 250ml of water and consume once a day.

L-leucine, l-glutamine, acidifiers (citric acid, malic acid), l-citrulline, l-valine, l-isoleucine, flavourings, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, inulin, sodium citrate, barley malt extract ( gluten ) , sweetener (sucralose), sweetener (acesulfame-K), sweetener (steviol glycosides), coconut oil preparation (coconut oil, maltodextrin, pea protein, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), magnesium oxide, piperine from black pepper ( Piper nigrum L.) fruit.
