| Casein+ is a slow-assimilation protein manufactured by the Eric Favre brand. This casein protein stands out for its unique composition and 100% native protein raw material. This casein contains 100% micellar casein, the most qualitative form. Proteins contribute to the maintenance and development of muscle mass. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal protein synthesis, the maintenance of normal bones and to reduce fatigue. Casein allows for much slower digestion and assimilation than classic whey protein. Additionally, Casein+ is naturally rich in essential amino acids as well as BCAAs and glutamine.
Characteristics of the Casein+ by Eric Favre
Each serving provides 24g of protein, 1.3g of sugars and less than 0.4g of saturated fat depending on the flavors. Additionally, Casein+ has been enriched with HMB, vitamin B6 and magnesium. The brand also tells us that this product is collagen-free, gluten-free and aspartame-free.
How to use Casein+?
It is recommended to take 1 dose of 30g with approximately 250ml of water and consume between meals or 30 minutes before bedtime depending on your protein needs.
